This is a reposting of our first Friday Recap from 10th of November in honor of our first week complete. Information still stands valid, so enjoy!

Welcome to every one of our $PALM community members! The word ‘welcome’ is used here because with our first weekly recap, we want to welcome you all to the project and to be part of our amazing and growing community. The dev team behind the project could not be more happier about the reception our utility has received. Within the short timespan of just about fourty hours at the time of writing since release, PaLM AI has had just over 1 thousand unique users, that is one thousand initiations of unique private chat contexts that have been recorded safely to our database. We of course are happy about the success of our utility-based token as well and look forward to reaching new highs.

In these weekly recaps, we will shortly summarize the week’s progress and look ahead at what’s to come in the near future.

First off, as developers, we are committed to give back to our community. The overwhelming support released upon the launch of $PALM and release of PaLM AI only strengthened our commitment to do so. This week, we have been working towards the 1.1 version, which has comprehensive crypto analysis abilities.

Now, as we all know, Google’s standard PaLM LLM does not have such abilities on it’s own, so it is up to us to add them in. And when such a task falls on us, we will complete it and endure any hardships on our way.

Luckily, the hardships faced have been extremely minimal. We were able to progress to the release version 1.09, which includes API integrations for real-time token analysis, the bot performing well in group contexts, added settings and wholly optimized the bot deployment services. For a detailed overview, see our changelog in our roadmap.

This weekend, we aim to bring you technical analysis of charts – you will be able to send either direct photos or links to PaLM, and it will analyse the chart for you, much in the same way it does now with tokens. As always, the PaLM LLM is experimental and Google does not recommend it for production usage, so DYOR before investing. But that part of what makes this journey so very interesting - we are using Google’s AI products from their inception and we will be able to see the feat of artificial intelligence very closely as we integrate all the new features within PaLM.

Outside of the technical development, our team has worked hard at marketing and calls. Indeed, our X (Twitter) account is probably the prime source of up-to-date information and the fastest way to get yourself up to speed, if browsing the Telegram pins becomes too much of a chore for you. We also remain at your disposal in our community chat for any feedback and questions.

We cannot emphasize enough the impact your positive feedback has had on us and the boost it has given to our collective morale, being two days ahead of our planned schedule with the now-added features. With this community we are confident that PaLM AI can be THE definitive, all-encompassing and widely adopted chatbot we are aiming for it to be.

This is this week’s Friday Recap. We know it hasn’t been a week since launch, but the team settled for Friday in our recaps to make sure everyone can have the chance to read and catch up during the weekend.

Thank you for reading, and have a great weekend! 😎
